UVP
HARDWARE
The Ultrasonic Velocity Profiler (UVP) is a measuring
instrument that deals with all measurement conditioning and acquisition
within a single device managed by a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), connected
to one or several transducers thanks to an optional multiplexer.
The user interface is featured by a Personal Computer (PC), which can
be remote or integrated in the measuring instrument. Thus 2 related instrument
lines are proposed :
UVP-DUO which is controlled by a distant PC and UVP-XW which
is controlled by an internal PC.
